How to Enroll a Devices using upload CSV File option?
Step 1: Click on "All Enterprises" Drop-down.



Step 2: "Search" for the created Enterprise and select it.



Step 3: Click on "Enroll Devices" tab.



Step 4: Click on "Upload CSV File".



Step 5: Click on "Sample CSV" button.



Step 6: Click on downloaded CSV File.

 

Step 7: Enter all Fields with valid details.


Note: User can enter either valid IMEI Number or Serial Number.

Step 8: Save the file and come back to the portal and click on "Upload" button.



Step 9: Select the saved CSV File and click on "open".



Step 10: Click on "Save" button.



Note: After clicking on save button success message should be displayed.
