How to Create IT Admin


Step 1:  Login as ecomAdmin or salesAdmin using credentials.
Note:  IT admin can be created by Ecom Admin and Sales admin.




Step 2:  Select the Enterprise from Drop-down.



Step 3: Click on "IT Admin" option under users tab




Step 4 :  Click on "+ IT Admin" button.


Step 5 :  provide all the mandatory details in the  Add IT admin window and Click on "Save" button.



Step 6:  Clicking on save button user should be created successfully and Verification email has been sent to registered email address.



Step 7: Login to registered email address and  Click on "Activate" button present in the received email.



Step 8: On clicking Activate button user get activated successfully and success message will be displayed.
